Shipping Policy

  • We strive to process and ship all orders within 2  business days after payment confirmation.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the progress of your package.
  • We will be unable to make any changes to the order details once the order has been shipped out

Return Policy


  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact our customer support by filling the contact form of our site within 24 hrs of receiving your products to initiate a return or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, the items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Please note that certain products, such as personalized or custom orders, may not be eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details and reason for return. They will guide you through the process and provide you with return instructions.
  • The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the items, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

Refunds Policy


  • Once your returned items are received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that refunded payment reflection back to your account is entirely up to your bank. 
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
  • In case of defective items, please contact our customer support team filling the contact form of our site within 24 hrs of receiving your order. We may require photo evidence of the defect to proceed with the refund or exchange process.
  • While we pack our product to the best of our ability, we know the transit sometimes gets a little rough. So Epigram Creations LLC does not take responsibility for broken or damaged goods.
